Size Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchanges only, and here's how it works:
Step 1:
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
Step 2:
Share the following details:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (to help us understand better)
Step 3:
Make sure the product is:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags intact
Step 4:
We will process your exchange for the same product in the requested size, subject to availability.
Note:
If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit which you can use for future purchases.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds unless:
- The product is damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item was sent by us
Important:
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings, and minor size differences (within 1 inch) are not considered defects.
