Exchange & Return Policy – Step by Step Guide

At Label Fashion Threads, your happiness is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you with an easy and clear process.

In the case of partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the partial online amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only, and here's how it works:

Step 1:
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

Step 2:
Share the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A 360-degree Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Step 3:
Make sure the product is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags intact

Step 4:
We will process your exchange for the same product in the requested size, subject to availability.

Note:
If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit which you can use for future purchases.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds unless:

  • The product is damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item was sent by us

Important:

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings, and minor size differences (within 1 inch) are not considered defects.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

  • Reverse Pickup: A small shipping fee applies (payable by the customer), unless the issue is due to our error.
