Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time :-

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

During sales, festive seasons, or new launches, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you updated.

2. Shipping Charges :-

shipping charges applies as par weight  on all prepaid orders across India.

Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply as per order value.

3. Delivery Timeline :-

After Shipment - Delivery time

Metro cities: 4–6 working days

Other locations: 6–8 working days

Remote areas: 7–10 working days
(Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive rush.)

4. Tracking Your Order :-

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp to follow your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners :-

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delay in Delivery :-

While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen situations like strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays may cause a slight hold-up. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking your package.

 

 

Note : In the case of partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the partial online amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
